No sdi since update

Since updating to the latest version Axon hd pro server software I have no get no signal from the sdi inputs could it be something im doing wrong or is it something with the update?

    Did you do a full system image (boot to USB drive and restore) or only an update?

    -if you only update, you could miss the capture card driver update, please re-image
    -once complete, please check via CMA what capture format is selected. "Auto" has been very solid, i would suggest that first...

    Just did another full system restore and still no signal from sdi ports

    please tell me a bit about the server.

    -rental stock?
    -mounted in a rack and never moves?
    -what are you trying to capture?

    its Rental and mounted in a rack and Im running a live feed into it, it worked flawlessly with the previous version but since updating to the latest version i have this issue

    what was your previous version and could you please let me know what the last 6 digits of the serial number are.

    last 6 digits are 070095 and I don't recall the previous version but it was what the unit shipped with
