Yes it should.
Our system does not allow you to install 3rd party software including drivers so as long as your touchscreen is using a generic driver you should be good to go.

I have an Iiyama ProLite T1732MSC-B1AG which says it is Plug & Play VESA DDC2B
This does not seem to calibrate properly on my Roadhog 4 ... Is there any kind of fix ?

I ended up with an Ilyama Prolyte T2252MTS, which works fine, seems odd that another unit from the same manufacturer doesn't. It does seem to depend on which USB port its plugged into though, and at the moment I can't remember which is the good one, sorry.
Also the screen needs to be powered before the desk is booted up.
