Touch OSC problems

Hi, recently used Touch OSC on a RH4 and faders drop to zero when using on my iPad. If not go to 100% the values will stay.
I've reloaded all OSC software but still the same problem.
Anybody ?

When you launch the OSC app the faders are at 0 so when you move the OSC fader the intensity will jump from the value of the consoles fader to the value being sent from the OSC fader and since you are coming off of 0 this will give the impressing at the faders are jumping to 0.
Since the RH's faders are not motorized they go into an unlocked state, you see this by the red line (RH fader value) and blue bar (OSC fader value), in order to re-lock the RH fader you must move the fader to the current OSC fader location.

Can you confirm this is what you are running into.

Hi, it doesn't matter what you do. If the faders are up on the console and you move the fader in OSC, fader on the console drops to zero. When you move the fader on the console up and down lights are on again. When you try to move the fader on OSC it happenes al over.

This should only occur if your OSC is getting disconnected/reconnected.
Once the Console and OSC are talking the OSC fader levels will follow the Consoles faders unless moved with OSC then the Consoles faders will unlock (this only occurs on HHN and the RH all other desk have motorized faders and will fully track). You will need to move the faders on the Console to lock them back on, once locked back on the faders in the OSC app will start to track the faders on the desk.

This is not a Hog problem but a problem with the way OSC starts their app.

Open the MIDI viewer on the console to see what OSC is sending if at any time you don't understand why the console is reacting in a fashion different from what you expect.
