say i generate an effect over 8 mac700s and want to delay them all by 1 sec per unit for example unit 1-1sec unit 2-2secdelay unit 3-3sec delay and so on.

im also wondering if there is a command line for doing that with intensity as well. or open close shutter.

Can be done with any parameter. Intensitry for example on 8 fixtures:

    xxx @ ##, Enter
Intensity, Time + Time (time/time is shortcut for delay), 1 Thru 8 (seconds applied to the reange of fixtures... in this case 1:1, 2:2 3:3, etc), Enter
    Record Cue

Could also do this with Effect, Beam, Color, Etc.

im looking for a pan/tilt delay being created by the effect delay time per fixture.
or like creating a delay offset of sorts

What you try to do is a fan:

make them circle, hold down the fan button and then turn the encoder for offset
