v2.1.1 won't open in windows xp

I have the same Problem on my Win XP 32bit German Version .....

Thanks for the information we have a defect opened for this and will get it fixed in our next release. I am sorry I do not have release date for you at this time.
I hate to say but until this is fixed you will need to run 2.1.0 if you are using Windows XP.

This issue is fixed and will be released in v2.1.2. We will work to get the patch out quickly. We needed windows functionality to fix an issue but it's only available in later versions of windows.

Please Note: We will officially stop supporting XP this spring to follow suit with Microsoft. Microsoft announced it will drop support for it in April.

Just wanted to let you know that this has been fixed and is included in the 2.1.2 release that was released last week.
