Roadhog4 lost Hognet adapter.

Today when I started our Roadhog4 it had no Hognet adapter at all.
I'm running 2.1
Software reinstall is not possible because the installer gives an error about not valid hardware. I guess that's because it can't find Hognet adapter.

Anything I can do? Only changes sinne yesterday is connecting USB MIDI/TC widget.

Sami you are right about the issue with no chance to reinstall.
But I dont have an idea what to do if a full-install is not accepted.
Maybe in the BIOS some settings?

I was wondering should I open the console and check connections? Is there any connections that could fail. It's only about one month old and under warranty...

If there's a problem in BIOS is there a way to get there?
Also is there a hardware test mode in Roadhog?

Hmm....
Roadhog Hognet amd Fixturenet connection is going direct to the mainboard when I remember correct, but might worth to have a look

About the BIOS, someone from HES must answer this... Never had this, Chris showed it to me once, but I forgot how it was done

Hardwaretest: you mean frontpanel, enconder etc... Yes it is... like in all consoles in the start window go the control panel
