Dropping SMPTE

Hey Guys,

We are experiancing a problem with our Hog 3 RoadHog running softwae 3.2.6

The issue that we have observed is that the SMPTE time code is lost in the middle of the show, and it seems that when you press "release" the Hog will regain SMPTE agian.

We are using a SMPTE/USB dongle. Timecode is being generated from a Tascam MX2424 in the audio booth and going through a line amp to multiple sources (all of wich continue to get SMPTE).

We have tried adjusting the gain on the line amp with no rusult.

We have also tried swapping out the dongle.

Wondering if anyone anyone has experianced the same problem.

Thank you all for reading this.

Do you use any comment Macros? Maybe a wrong entry that disables the timecode?
Do you still see the timecode running in the timecode toolbar

It stops at random, never the same place twice, so that rules out macros. And yes, the timecode stops in the toolbar.

And when you release the list it is coming back? Did I understood this correct?

Yes that is correct, when I release the SMPTE clock continues to run again

Just curious if you resolved the issue and how. I seem to have a similar issue. Please advise if anyone has any thoughts. I am also getting an occasional server failed error on start up the might be related.
