is anybody had problem installing Hog4 PC ver 2,10b534 in W8,1 .... I do no matter what I do still the same, fixture schedule blank no fixtures .... and looks like nobody knows . Library is there but no fixtures.

As mentioned in your other post on the same topic. Several W8 64bit machines, no problems.
