I have an issue with a DL2, the lamp is not striking. I have replaced the lamp but still is not working. I have done several fixtures global reset, switch off the power but still not working. Any suggestions? Help!
Few things to check: - make sure that all the fans are working properly both in the fixture and the internal projector. If the projector fans are not spinning, the lamp will not strike. - make sure you have a good/clean HEPA filter in the unit, and check the small filer in the projector as well. - check the IEC power cord at the back of the projector and make sure it is seated properly/all the way in.
What is the white LED on the fixture showing (if anything).
