cyberlight 2.0 display frozen

So the display on one of my cyber 2.0's is frozen and I can't see any error messages, it wont strike, but it will home. does anyone know how to reset it or how to reload the software without using the display unit?

If you have a single universe Hog 3/4 widget you can use the HES Echo software to reload the firmware.
