I have a brand new Hog 4 (4 weeks old MAYBE)on a permanent install (does not move around)....
A week ago, during operation, we completely lost all trackball, keyboard and touch capabilities on the center small screen. We limped through...
I contacted Support the following Monday and their suggestion was to re-image the console. We did...and all was well.
Now...a week later...all of a sudden...same problem has come back. No trackball, no keyboard, not touch capabilities on the center small screen.
So...thoughts??? Something in the console or software? Did we get a lemon console that needs to be replaced?
