road hog update

i have one road hog with version 3.1.9 and i want to upgrade but the console says

In order to perform this software upgrade either a full or partial image is required

please solution

This is the ISO file for the RH.

thanks i download this iso file.please tell me the procedure.i extract this file at a usb and then i push the button software update?is there a danger to lose everything?because i need the desk at Saturday

If you go with the ISO you will get a full install, also loose all show files
backup all your showdata before doing it

In the manual you will find the details how to create the usb-stick, also in the support documents on the HES Website
