DL.3 S-Video Input Not Working

I have two DL.3's, and am trying to input an S-Video signal into both. The 1st unit projects the S-video signal fine, but the 2nd unit does not. The DMX settings on both units are the same.

On the unit not projecting s-video, I see a bluish projected image. I have done all kinds of troubleshooting from changing camera, cable, resetting the server, going back to default setting on the instrument all with no luck.

Is it a hardware problem or a software problem?

Any suggestions?

Check the ViVo connector, or s-video connection inside the unit at the GFX card.

I have an issue with the s-video in. All seems to work well but one of our dl2 is in color and the other is in black and white. Pics looks ok. When the image is split you get a great stich but one color and one isn't. Thoughts please help have a gig on Friday if possible. Thinking reinstalling the software but then how do I get stock media back.:confused:
