I wrote a chaser effect on a single generic desk channel and write it to a playback. I can change the speed of the effect via Choose + wheel 2. Everytime I click Effect on the rate wheel, it only changes the "rate" on this particular playback.
I just wrote a bunch of color chases before with no issues. works fine with the wheel.
