Hi,

I thought it might be a good idea to start a thread about reading material.

This web page on the High End site contains a list of suggested reading.

Does anyone recommend other books about lighting (or video)? If yes, feel free to respond to this post.

Cheers.

For Catalyst running on Mac OS 10.3, a good investment of time and money might be to buy a mac os X book for under $25, such as Mac OS X: The Missing Manual, Panther Edition.

Apple also offers a class titled "Mac OS X Help Desk Essentials 10.3".

For Catalyst users or for people responsible for maintaining Catalyst systems, functional areas covered in the class or book listed above that can be useful and relate to real-world Catalyst use are: Users and Permissions, Network Configuration and Troubleshooting, Startup Sequence, Overall Troubleshooting.
