is possible to make a effect rate to zero?
because sometime we need to pause effect but we don't want to restore
effect from start point..
I try to use cuelist option to make effect rate to zero .but that is too slow for live program.
I know that is a old problem from hog 3...
so I hope that can correct in hog4:)
