No response on Library Creation

Hello All,

I have sent a couple of requests for Hog3 fixture libraries per the instructions. Each time I have received the autoreply that libraries can take up to 7 days to create, which I understand. The problem I am having is I am not getting any further response (or libraries). This has been over the last 4-6 weeks.

Are Hog3 library requests no longer being responded to?

Best thing is to get in touch with one of the forum-admins, like Michael Graham.
He might help you with this.

Also check the ftp-server of HES. Lot of stuff can be found there.
With the growing number of chinese-led-fixtures (each day 3 new ones) the lib-request is often in an overload- situation, expecially at the moment where all eyes are on the HOG4
By the way, libs for Hog4 are the same as for Hog3.... So request should for sure be responded.

Sorry for the late responce!
Yes Hog 3 libraries are still supported and will be for some time.
I have sent an email to the right people and once I have more information I will let you know.

Again I am sorry that we have not gotten back to you sooner!

I received my requested fixture profiles later in the day that I started this thread.

I have been thru the same thing when trying to request a profile. I am needing a personality created for the Colorado 4 IP. I have looked on the Hog3 list online and have not found anything. I have requested several fixtures several times and have not gotten any responses besides the auto reply as well.

I used to built easy fixtures on my own.
In HOGPC the Fixture is really stable.
Like said HES recieves a lot of requests for tons of LED fixtures.... Everyday there are new fixtures from china...
At the moment dev-team is working hard on V2... So fixture request are a bit behind.
You could also try to take the latest H4 lib... Libs of H3 and H4 are the same
