DL3 S video Input

1 - Make sure you have control of your fixtures via your lighting console and you are able to call up stock media from onboard the server.
2 - Set your "Motion" fixtures to 00% intensity
3 - Set your "Capture" control to "Svideo" (On Hog-3 based desks this is a slot option above the encoders on the right screen)
4 - wait about 30 sec, or until you can hear the relay "click" inside the unit
5 - Release/Clear your Motion fixtures
6 - Set your Motion, Global, and at least 1 Graphics layer to Full intensity for each of your fixtures
7 - select only your graphics layer and point it to "Media Folder 255" & "File 001"

Note: you will need a dedicated Svideo line to run to each fixture (either from a unique source, or use a VDA) as there is no Svideo passthough on these units.

im trying to follow the same directions to get the camera going..
do u have a step by step of how to get the input from the onboard cam..

Are you trying loop the camera back to the same unit? (video feedback?)
If so follow the same exact steps as above for steps 1+2, but for step 3 select "camera" instead of "Svideo".

Ive tried this unsucsesfully. Camera doesnt seem to be turning. On!

Are you attempting to do a "camera loopback" effect where the DL.3 is projecting it's own camera feed? Or are you trying to send the camera feed out of the DL.3 to another device?
