You can also look inside and confirm the power and usb cable going to the DMX PCB have a good connection. Pop them off and back on for best results.
If you recently did a Full Install of the software and the console previously had 3.1.9 installed for example, if Partial Install was selected instead of Full Install, that may be the cause of the DMX. You can try a Full Install and see if that helps the DMX issue.
