Peter, in order for anyone to help you you're going to have to provide a lot more information.

What software and OS are you running?
What happens when you plug in the widget?
What steps are you taking to configure the widget?
Where is it not showing up that you think it should be showing up?
What error messages (if any) are you receiving?
    etc. etc. etc.

You might want to read this article, it has a lot of good information,

Eric, thanks for the reply. Your right, i didn't explain myself well. I'll try again, I'm running windows 7, 3.2.3 and when I plug in the widget it adds the hardware but will not show up on the network. Their is no dmx tab in the network settings? I also have another super widget that works on this pc. Any help would be awesome! Thanks to all.

Can you post screen shots of the widget in "Device Manager"

Start, Run, type in "devmgmt.msc", expand out the "FPS devices" section.

Also, post a screen shot of the widget configuration tab in 3PC.

Hey there fellas, I have somehow fixed the issue. I don't exactly know how, but have managed to get it configured. Weird.
