Media shutting off

While programming media looks, all of a sudden, i loose my media out of the DL2. it is like the layer of video i am using just got the intensity closed. really wierd. now i cannot seem to get a hold of the media files now via the console and i am refreshing and trying to reset the server at the cma.

any ideas?

You mentioned you try resetting the server from the CMA? Were you able to get the computer to reboot? Did you still not have any output after rebooting?

Also, is this only one layer, or did you lose output from all of the layers?

If you could please include the version of software you are running (the 1.1.0 release (build 684) or one of the beta versions we have posted here) it can be helpful in trying to narrow down the problem.

sorry not getting back to you, got swamped with more prepping of system. have not had the issues since i posted it. at this point i am assuming that it was operator error (MINE!)
