Technobeam Iris trouble

Hi all,

Troubleshooting a problem with a T-beam with an Iris. Board is not accepting setting the unit to be an Iris unit. Iris is present, and the motor driver/chip are both good. (Swapped them out)

I cannot get the motor to respond in diag mode either.

I'm not sure where to go from here.

What version logic board do you have?
What version firmware is loaded on the board?

I'm not sure if there's a silkscreened number or not, but the sticker shows:
date: 9-3-99
SN: 29Bc369559

Version is reporting as 23.4 / 0001

Since you are over version 20 you must have one of the newer boards.

Version 23.5.1 is the latest firmware, I would start by loading that first (can be done with another unit or a Hog-3 single universe widget for example).

Could also potentially be the wiring harness between the board and the motor.
