If I pull down on the rate wheel before hitting Go, the cue still plays normal speed. In previous builds this would start the cue at a rate of zero and allow me to bring the rate wheel up as needed. The rate wheel is working if I start the cue and then bring the rate wheel down, but not before I hit Go.
