Corrupt file

Does anyone have any tips on how to fix a corrupt show file? The kind of corruption when you just have a folder left and not an actual show file.

The boys are looking at it as we speak. I used to know how to fix files like that, but it was about 10 years ago! The brain ain't what it used to be.
