Please upload your show file to me using highend.wetransfer.com to chris.muenchow at barco.com so I can take a look and see what is causing the DP8000 all the grief.

I see you have Art-Net and sACN outputs configured. Are you using one or both of these protocols for output? I was not able to quickly reproduce the problem so I don't think it is a simple matter of bad cue data or anything.

Vos, I did not get an email from you. Can you please reply in the forum? I have reacted to all of your posts and have been working on trying to reproduce the problem. Please look in the file browser of your console under the logs folder for a dmp file with DP8k in the title of the file. If you have a dmp from the DP8k crash that would be best to send to us.

I see in your video it crashed when playing into cue 168. Is this a consistent crash point or is it typically random?

    Hi Chris,
I did not see your last mail till now. I gone check the cue 168.

But so far i know it happend just random, most of the time.
When you walking true the show whitout time. After a couple of cues and i want to go back it crashes.

I had a major crash off dp8k, live in a Show today :-(
When i restart it, (this was on te last part of the show) it came back.
And happend directly again, and this time it even went to black out!!!!!!!
This time it happend in que with time.

In about two days we have the premiere of this show, and we need to solve it before.

I already orderd another desk, to check it if it still be the same faillure.

    What could it be????

According to Jens from our support staff this was reproducable on his console as well so it is likely not going to be resolved by using a different desk.

Have you tried disabling all sACN and Art-net?

Also Jens mentioned it was cues 159 to 160 where he saw the internal DP8K crash. I recommend trying to copy these cues into your programmer (select the master, then do cue 159 copy enter) and then record, replace the cue back into the cue stack. Do this for both cues 159 and 160 and see if that alleviates the issue.

I am working on getting a developer to look at the dmp files that were sent.
