Are you asking what hearder you plug into on the Front Panel?
If yes then it is as follows:
Front Panel - PL7 (will be to the right of the group of 3 by itself)
Right Touch - PL8 (right hearder in the group of 3)
Left Touch - PL9 (middle hearder in the group of 3)
PL10 has nothing plugged into it.

The Road Hog wing
Are you hooking the wing up to the Full Boar?
What version of software is your FB running?
Does the monitor display 'no video signal'?
Does the monitor have power?

When you enable the monitor and it does not stay enabled it means the system did not see an external monitor, check the cables inside the wing.

Thanks Michael..got the wing working. It was a dodgy cable. Thanks for the info on the connector. That is what I needed to know.

Issue with an IPC. Starts to boot. Does its little screen saver thing. Goes to the white box and lists version of software and STOPS.

Running 3.1.9 Hog III mode. Tried various methods of starting with external keyboard etc. to try to reload software, but no dice.

Whats the best method of getting to the reload software screen?

Are you trying to install 3.2.0 software on the iPC?
If yes, then you must perform a FULL INSTALL of the software.
Insert the CD, hook up an external keyboard and reboot the desk.
When the desk starts to boot hit F8 until the boot options menu appears, select the CD and hit any key when asked.

Performing a full install will delete ALL show file so please back them all up on external media.

Here is the link for the Full Install page, you must enter your consoles serial number in order to access the download. Make sure you burn an ISO cd.

One more thing, Hog 2PC will no longer be on the desk once you install 3.2.0.
After installing 3.2.0 I would then upgrade to 3.2.2 b3337.
Put the MSI on a USB stick and from Launcher hit the software update button.
The iPC will act and look more like the Full Boar and Road Hog on boot.

I have a CD. I've already installed on my FB.

I was actually just trying to get to the boot options page. I've tried and tried and can never get the console to go anywhere other than where it freezes.

Really just trying to get to the system restore page.

You can not use the same ISO CD you used on the Full Boar.
You must burn an new ISO CD with the iPC system restore on it.

I understand that. I'm just trying to do a partial restore of 3.1.9 from the hard drive. I can't seem to get as far as the restore screen.

Is the desk fully booting or are you getting suck in the boot process?
Where is the desk getting stuck?
Do you see the animation?

It is not fully booting. I see the animation then get the white box which shows the version number (3.1.9) and it sits there.

I've tried hitting F8 repeatedly during boot, but no joy.

BTW, I'm in Dubai right now, so bare with me in terms of time difference.

The iPC does not have an enternal restore like the Road Hog and the Full Boar.
If you want to re-install the software you must perform a Full Install.

On the Road Hog and Full Boar:
Boot the desk with an exteranl keyboard attached
When you see Windows boot manger hit the down arrow (you only have a few seconds before you move pass this window and on to Launcher)
Then select Full Boar Restore

I've already installed 3.2 on the Full Boar.

On the IPC, I need to keep hitting F8 on the keyboard while booting with the restore CD in the drive?

I've tried this a number of times to no avail, but I'll try again.

So if you hit F8 as soon as you power on the desk the boot window never appears?
Even if your CD is burned wrong you should still get the option to choose the HD to boot from.

Hit F8 as soon as you power on until the options window appears.

Got it. IPC is now OK.

Still having Full Boar issues. When I attached connectors for touch screens as per your instructions, i had no touch screens, either right or left.

Console now comes up with a windows error when almost done booting. I reinstalled 3.2. Console boots from the install fine, but when I reboot it, I get the windows error again. I will try to get the exact message on Tuesday when i have access to the console again.
