Have you Detected the touchscreens?
In Launcher - Touchscreens - Detect Touchscreens

Yes, I did.

In fact, only 1 touchscreen is detected (DEVICE 1)...
If I conect both separately I cna manage both to work, but when I connect them together then only DEVICE 1 appears, I've tried to remove this device 1 and re-detect, but then detects the DEVICE 2 but not the DEVICE 1, and if I delete DEVICE 2 then only DEVICE 3 appears, that's very strange... I've just re-ghosted the desk and the problem persists.
It seems like both touchscreens cannot work well together, and they do separately...

Any thoughts?

I just found a workaround for this.

As I'm not able to have both DEVICE 1 and DEVICE 2 in the touchscreen windows at same time (I don't know why), I've managed to have it working doing this steps:
- With no ELO USB connected to the console, just make sure that no DEVICE is on the touchscreen window; if there's some, remove it.
- Plug USB for DEVICE 1 (main screen - right), and Detect Touchscreens, then DEVICE 1 is found.
- Calibrate DEVICE 1, as normal...
- Then plug USB for secondary ELO (left screen) , then re-Detect touchscreens. At this point DEVICE 1 disapear from the window, but DEVICE 2 is found and is on the list.
- Next is calibrate DEVICE 2. All good.
- Then (with only device 2 apparently found on the window) both screens are working as touchscreen and calibrated.
That's the only way I can make it work.

Why isn't both devices displayed in the list at same time... ???

Hope you can helpme with this, as I loose this work when USB are disconected when I move the desk to another gig... and repeat all the same everytime, and I need to speak with each operator for this reason, if not they become crazy with this matter.

This is what I would try:
1. Have both monitors hooked
2. Perform a FULL INSTALL on the desk (make sure you backup your shows on external media before doing this as your shows we be deleted)
3. After the install completes, go into the calibrate touchscreens window
4. If a touchscreen is present REMOVE it
5. Detect touchscreens

If this does not work do you have another touchscreen we can test with?

I've done this but when "Resealing..." is on screen it shows the blue screen of death... always. I've tried 4 times.
Then I've tried with 2 different touchmonitors (same model ELO 1715L) with same results. Exactly the same, if I do the Full install with 2 monitors hooked, when it reboots and it's "resealing" it shows the blue screen. If I unplug both USB and reboot the console, then it continue the instalation with success, but qhen finished I've the same problems as I decribed in previous posts....

What I can do??

Sounds like you may have a hardware problem.
Do you have an extra monitor you can test with?

Desk's hardware? or monitor?

Because I've alredy tried with 4 different monitors (all same model ELO 1715L).

Its hard to say, do you have another iPC you can test the monitors on?
This could be a video card or motherboard problem.

No, I don't have another iPC, but I can say that I use this 4 monitors will other desks, mediaservers and PCs and they work very well...

It seems like a driver failure or so... there's any chance to re-install or update the driver?

Does the iPC work with the monitors that was shipped with the desk?
Does it only fail with the 17' monitors?

FYI,

If tested with the 12" monitors that was shipped with the desk, and works great!
The fact is the 12" monitors has the backlight broken (both), I can see the image and I can use the touchscreen, but is very very very hard to see whats going on the screen.

Do you think it will be possible to fix the driver to admit the 17" ones? or do you know I is possible to fix the screen backlight on the 12" monitors?

By and chance is the Brightness or Gamma turned down?

Yes you can fix the monitors but I am not sure what has gone out on them.

No brightness or gamma down. I've already managed to repair them....

The services commented something about an "inverter" or something...
