Axon not booting properly

Hi Guys,

We have a demo model Axon at work which isn't booting properly
It displays the High End splash screen on both monitors on commencing boot and then hangs on a black screen on both monitors with no hard drive activity and a flashing "S2" light
Prior to "hanging" there is some hard drive activity...and I definately have both monitors connected

I am unexperienced with the Axons, what should I be looking at here?

Hi Gordo,
Do you have the AXON connected and patched correctly to a console that is outputting DMX?
Can you connect the CMA application to the AXON?

I had run through the basic trouble shooting tips...
I had not connected it to a desk as (and I could be very wrong here) it seemed like the program had not booted...Is it usual for both screens to be blank if there is no data signal?

Tomorrow when I am back in the factory, I'll try hooking up a desk and also connecting the CMA application to the Axon
