Here's the situation: (v 3.2.1)
A color cue (say blue) is running on one cuelist. I have another cuelist (single cue) on a separate master (set to ICBF) that brings all color to white.
When bringing that ICBF master up and down from 0 - 99% the desired effect occurs (white fading in and fading back to blue). If i take the master up to 100%, then the output keeps the lights in white until i get to 0% at which point it snaps back to blue.
