Cyberlight CX Poor Light Output

I have a total of 9 Cyberlights, of which probably 6 are decent...

Basically I put a Cyberlight CX next to a 500 watt fixture and the 500 watt fixture blows it out of the water.

The cyberlights are using brand new bulbs and so are the 500 watt fixtures.

Is there something that could be causing this poor output? They're running on the same power as the 500 watt fixture, which is 220v.

I was told maybe it could be the capacitors, but I don't want to go out and spend $88 each only to find that's not the issue.

What do you guys think?

Check your taps, make sure they are tapped for 240, or 208, depending on your voltage.
Make sure all the lenses are clean.
Check the reflector, make sure its clean,
Are the lamps optimized?
and finally, check the shutter blades, to make sure they are operating properly.

remember, cyberlight is pretty old technology.
There are definitely brighter fixtures out there...
A cyberlight should put out around 8000 ansi lumens according to the HES Datasheet.
In comparison, a Studio Spot 575 puts out 9000 ansi lumens, also according to the HES Datasheet.

To compare against new technology,
HES Technospot 12000 lumens, (575 watts)
HES Intellispot XT1 20000 lumens, (850 watts)
VL440 9000 lumens (400 watts)
VL770 14000 lumens (700 watts)
VL880 19000 lumens (800 watts)

So for sure it's not the capacitor?

usually the capacitor will just cause the fixture to draw more power, eventually tripping the circuit breaker.
I don't know that I have seen a bad cap cause low output.
