Forgive me if this has been posted, but I couldn't find it.
Maybe I'm slow, but having done several reinstalls of the XPE image already that required multiple phone calls to HES support each time, and considering that there are about to be hundreds of people doing it for the new software update, wouldn't it be nice to have a detailed, step by step walkthrough for dummies (like me) on how to do this again? The manual's info wasn't complete, accurate or up to date last I checked. I remember having a ton of trouble just getting a working bootable USB drive. And the procedure for getting to the screen that allows one to begin the update isn't in the manual either iirc. In addition to directions for creating a bootable drive on PC, Mac specific idiosyncrasies would be very helpful; I know HES doesn't support doing anything on a Mac, but the reality is a lot of us are Mac users.
