I have an older iPC that is having a serious trackball issue. After running for a while the cursor will start only tracking down and to the right. I noticed this about 18 months ago, but it was very random and occasional. Now it is happening all the time. I was told that it was a known issue on some older consoles.
Need to get this fixed ASAP as summer is starting soon and console is going out. Who should I contact to fix.
