dongle help

I'm using a parallel port dongle and I keep getting "Opening dongle...
Could not find DMX Dongle
Check power connection on keyboard
Exiting..."

Message. and ideas?

When you have the dongle connected to the parallel port, do you also have it plugged into the keyboard port (PS2 connector)? This is required for power to the dongle.

not that this helps solve your dongle issue,
But if you have a hog widget, you can use that to update software.....
