Updating Road Hog

What file are you using to update with?
You should be using the Hog-3PC installer for RoadHog and FB.
The Hog-3 desk uses a different set of install software.

- update by USB or by CD?
- full/partial restore and then to 3.1.8, or software-update to 3.1.8 via controlpanel?

i'm using the file - console software update v 3.1.8. and doing the update via control panel
i,ve tried the 3.1.6 and the 3.1.7 and it didn't work as well. i tried with usb and external cd drive.

but in a full boar i dont have any problem in doing the update with the same file. and the version 3.1.5 works in road hog?

What version are you tring to upgarde to?
Please make sure you are using the Hog3PC-Win32-golden_3-1-8-2901.msi to perform the upgrade.

No, im using the file ''gut _3.1.8_(Build_2901).fpspkg'' and doing the update in control panel.
Can that be the reason? Normaly that work. (Until the version 3.1.5 at least):o

I will tri with the .msi file.

You can not upgrade a Full Boar, Road Hog or iPC using the 'fpspkg'.
You must use the '.MSI'
If you were using the 'fpspkg' upgrade file that would indeed fail.

But the Full Boar worked, and up to version 3.1.5 I always got with that file. But maybe it was my luck I will now try to msi file.
