Is there a dmp file in the logs folder than corresponds to the time of the crash? That would be a better thing to send to me. (chris.muenchow at barco.com)

Just checked the console & there's no dmp file in the logs folder. No luck on that one - want me to send you the show file?

We have made test with a friend today on two consoles, it seems to be on Road hog but not Hog III.

I have the same issue with my FullBoars as well.

    Will await 3.1.9.

Thanks for the bug log. Was wondering if it was just me.

    Hello

Today we have released a beta 3.1.9 b2945. This beta build will fix the crash you guys are seeing when using Next/Back to select fixtures.

Could this bug exist in 3.1.7 as well? I had a similar thing happen the other night during a focus. I was highlighting through a group at the time and think i hit next+back at the same time to highlight the whole group and thats when it wigged out. desktop crash to the max, restarted with pig, open, backspace then went to save show quickly and the show screen froze up as i attempted to save, every button in the programmer section froze up and the pos,int & group button lights where all on at the same time.. i had to power down with the red button. then it took 4 attempts at restarting to bring it back to life.

I to will look for the dmp file tomorrow..

It was a fresh show created in 3.1.7 just patch and palletes and a couple of small lists.

Possibly the same problem??? oh it's a RHFB.

    Cheers,
    Benny..

Is there a problem with the fixture generator on the fullboar? Every time i take about 10 minutes building a fixture, the desk goes down, soft reboot of desktop does not restart the desk, but a few hard re-boots do. Also, the first time it re-loads my show, it takes about 20 minutes after crashing this way. Normal shut-down and restart takes about 5 minutes to re-load...
Couldnt build a fixture for some pos light i had to use last night, so the house rig stayed off all show.
    Just wonderin.
It was a Showtec indigo 4500... odd fixture, little tinkertoy.

Best way to have a new lib is to ask to HES. If you have no time and must do it yourself, use the hog 3 PC, it is the more stable platform to use the fixture builder.
