hog pc wont instal

bought a new laptop today and wanted to instal hog pc but a got the following error message:

An error occured during the installation of assembly component:

9BAE132-E7AF-D6C3-A01F-C8B3B9A1E18E

HRESULT: Ox80070BC9

I tried to instal a few times... again and aigain i get this message..
Anybody any idea of what to do???

Is UAC turned off on your machine? It is recommended you turn UAC to its lowest setting during install and also check to see if you have administrator access on that machine. And also make sure you are saving the installer file to disk before trying to install.
