Menu backlight

For some reason the backlight for my menu screens doesn't always work. yesterday it came on when I started the console, today not so lucky.

Anyone know what can cause that?

There is a backlight driver in the Hog 1000 which powers the backlights for the 6 menu displays. This may or may not be the problem.

The PCBs all daisy chain together so if the first PCB in the chain has a problem, it could keep the others from getting powered as well.

There are quite a few possibilities and having a console tech check out the console to sort out the cause may be necessary.
