(3.1.7 b2826) Bug Report: Globally referenced palettes missing in edit window

This bug does not affect functionality, but causes me to scratch my head when I go back to examine or edit a palette...

When I record a referenced position palette into a per type palette, the position information does not display in the new palette's editor window. However, the reference position information still recalls correctly in the programmer.

select a fixture, [Position] 1
[Record] [Position] 2 {Per Type} {Allow Refs} [Enter]
[Position] 2 [Open]

Position information is blank in the edit window.
Adding other ICB palettes in the same sequence, the other palette references do appear, but position does not.

Changing {Per Type} to {Global}, all palette types (IPCB) are missing.

The behavior is consistent if I record to Color or Beam palettes.

Show file is available upon request.
