Roadhog - Martin 250 Krypton gobo issue

Hi All,
Odd thing we have come across is that no matter if we are in regular or 16bit extended mode with our Martin 250 Kryptons, we can not rotate the gobo's CCW. The wheel starts at 0rpm and stops at 300rpm. No negative numbers or option to rotate counter clockwise. I've seen the lights do it in demo mode yet no option on the Hog.
Any ideas?
Thank you for your time.

On the Hog, for any of parameters that have two directions, it's really simple. You dial up the speed you want. Then, to make it go the other direction, hold down the "-" (minus) key and turn the encoder.

So, you can take all of your Macs and get them going the same speed. Then take half (Select ODD) and hold down "-" and turn the encoder. They are going the exact same speed but in the other direction. No guessing.

Well that's easy. It's always the obvious solution I overlook.
Thank you very much for the quick response.
