That is correct. On PC consoles (iPC, RH, FB) we currently do not allow for the re-mapping of left and right click. The bug logged for this is bug #4804, which states the Hog 3PC button options should be changed in the Preferences window so that the user can not select other options for the mouse when in pointer mode.
