Is it possible to take content that you put on a DL3 and take it back off to edit. I know you can create an archive but I was wanting to change some of the content that I added on the DL3. I no longer have the original content that I put on so I can not edit that and put it on. So I was wondering if I went into the DL3 through CMA can I take the content from it and put it onto my computer's hard drive to edit and change. Thanks.
Yes you can copy any "user media" with the CMA. Just be sure you clone your content to your other fixtures (if you have more than 1) after you load up the changed version.
You cannot do this with any of the "stock media" as it resides in a locked down partition of the HDD.
