Deleating old colors/beam causing error

Trying to delete old color and beams from the road hog and receiving this msg.

Deleting old pallets will replace reference with hard values . Click yes results in this ms

Server busy Please try again
(Object 20 in array 23)
The old lights were Mac 250 originals and we now have the krypton 250;s

These were the only 2 that would not delete when we re programmed any help would be awesome. hate not being organized haha

    The message means, that the palettes are still used in the programming.
    Did you used the function "change type" ?

    I don't know, why there pops up an error message, after you press "yes".
    Reboot the console and try it again.

    We removed the original fixtures and then added the 10 new ones.
    It was only a fan gobo and one color green that can't be deleted it gives no problem to the system. I was more so looking if there was a way to override this and delete them. Or if we are doomed to having these on the Pallets. Haha

    What version are you running? If you're running 3.1.6 and are still getting the "Server busy" message, then please send your show in to support. Sometimes they can fix it, or at least tell you what's wrong.

    ya we are running 3.1.1 so when we upgrade I wil check in and let you know what happens thanks
